RESUMPTION OF ONLINE SALES


As regular customers will be aware, we decided to cease accepting new orders on the 23rd of March, due to our concerns regarding the Coronavirus spread.

This was primarily to protect our staff and assist in the nationwide collective effort to help contain the virus and reduce pressure on the critically stretched NHS.

Since that time we have been working remotely behind the scenes to establish our availability of stock, supply lines and distribution, with the objective of resuming service subject to safety and continuing our policy of keeping staff at home, a policy which remains unchanged.

AS A RESULT WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE NOW ABLE TO FULFILL ORDERS ACROSS THE MAJORITY OF OUR RANGES.

WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH OUR E-BOUTIQUE, WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE SAME DAY TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY AND REALISTIC DELIVERY DATE. FOR AVAILABLE STANDARD ITEMS WE EXPECT SHIPPING TO TAKE BETWEEN THREE AND SEVEN DAYS. BESPOKE AND CUSTOMISED ITEMS, SUCH AS DIAMOND RINGS, SHOULD REQUIRE A THREE TO FOUR WEEK TURNAROUND.

IF YOUR CHOSEN ITEM CANNOT BE FULFILLED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF THIS THE SAME DAY AND OFFER YOU AN ALTERNATIVE, A CREDIT VOUCHER OR A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

WE ARE ALSO EXTENDING THE FREE RETURNS PERIOD TO SIX WEEKS FROM RECEIPT.
